Monday

Dear Bella. This is better than Edward.

Bella's pizza happens to be awesome! Fresh tomato sauce and a layer of melted cheese. You can taste the aroma of the herbs they use. This particular one is the Mamma Mia!
My my, how can I resist you? :)

My linguine alfredo. Creamy creamy sauce compliments the turkey ham and the gorgeously smooth pasta.
Minestrone soup for RM7. I love minestrone! For those of you who are morbidbly unaware of its existence, its a thick italian soup with vegetables. You see the broccoli florets in the soup? That's why this deserves extra points! It was pouring the whole day and it was bloody cold.
This steaming bowl of goodness sure did the trick :)

Bella Italia is this cozy restaurant in BDC along the row of shops right opposite Four Points. IT IS THE BEST ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN TOWN! Period. Great ambience too. Somewhere you can dine pleasantly and have a divine meal. Perfect for a romantic dinner just for two or with your family. Whichever you fancy :)

Saturday

Cheers!

Don't need to ask it has nothing to do with the clothing brand :)
Sorry. Half of it's gone because I couldn't resist myself. Heh.

I'm sure most of you have seen this around. Before I start, I know very well that this particular beverage is erm rather pricey but I made that grave mistake of paying RM 6.90 for it and now I'm hooked! This thirst -quenching refreshment sure ain't no regular beverage. Esprit is the perfect elixir to an extremely hot hot hot day. Not kidding. This is definitely a drink you'd want to splurge on once in awhile :)

Wednesday

Hickory Dickory Dock.

Its 6 am I'm awake and blogging. Something is really wrong you must think? That's why I'm here to vent. I need a breather. And by that I don't mean a cigarette. More like a vacation or a day trip somewhere. Something in between. I need time for myself. I want a whole day to myself. One whole day of doing nothing. Second thought in your mind you must think I'm a pig huh? Well in terms of food I definitely am. I don't understand how someone can constantly occupy themselves with worldly matters every single day. With their work or with their studies. People have breaks, people rest. Even God knows that. And the government knows that too that's why we have holidays. You get away from what you do every single day once in awhile and just breathe. Yeah. I wish I could do that. I wish I could get away for awhile and go on an adventure. Like Paris or Venice. I would love to go to Capri. Or Arles? I am getting carried away again into another parallel universe I call Fantasy.
I have to go.
Reality's calling.

Monday

SeeFood.

Nothing beats a cup of Bubble Milk Tea a la HK style :) Side note: I don't like pearls.
Lunched at Causeway bay Hong Kong over at Crowne Square. Tried their fried japanese noodles with seafood. I was wowed when it arrived because of the size of the prawns. Giant monster prawns attract my attention :) Hahaha so this is definitely worth blogging about. I'm however frustrated with the noodles. I still don't know why its called japanese noodles. Its not soba neither is it udon. Its you normal average strand of egg flour you can find just about anywhere. Credits to the squid rings and prawns for being so fresh though. The bean sprouts are a bit too raw for my liking. Erm I'm not sure if raw is the correct word but its definitely not cooked. However, do not be deterred fellow foodies. Theres tons to try over at Causeway bay. I do love their Fried Hor Fun with beef.

Friday

The Chicken Goes Rice.

I know you all know that I know that you guys know what chicken rice is. Hahaha that was fun!Anyways before I go astray again like I always do I shall start by saying this. Everyone goes to The Spring now. Because theres no where else to go.... ok so not here to complain about lack of shopping destinations. That should be in another post in the distant future. Like I said everyone goes to The Spring be it shopping or just lepaking or there for a movie you'd get hungry right?? Ok so you know what your going to do when you get hungry? Forget Sushi King la ok. Let's try something else. Take a few steps back and walk right into the heart of Food Bazaar. Now search for the Chicken Rice stall, its just next to Mdm Tang's (Do correct me if I'm wrong ) and than now you jump for joy. The chicken rice here is good it does a great job when it comes to filling up your belly too! Who would have thought food at a food court could ever taste good? I've certainly been proven wrong. I can only say this- YUMMY. After that movie of yours, just go and have chicken rice with your chick. Pun intended :)

Monday

Jesus.

Amazing grace...wretch like me...was blind...I see.
I knew my adamant heart gave up fighting the minute I heard the song. It has been so long. But now I finally remember. And just like that the tears kept falling. I can see nothing now. Even when PP came up to me, hugged me and started praying fore me. All I know is that I began crying. All those tears. I've hidden my heart away from God for more than a year now. I've tried and needless to say I've felt like giving up. I started the game of hide and seek God never wanted to play. I chose to forfeit because I felt like a fool. I was foolish enough to think that I would be alright without God. But I was lost. Never have I felt so lost. I was hiding from God all this while but He knew where I was from the very begining. God is good. God is good indeed. I know with full assurance now that He has and will always be there. That's just how great God is. And on that very night, I shouted to the Lord " Here I am! I'm here!"
Just like that, He saved me once again and filled my heart with the peace and love that I've missed feeling for so long. And I just want to say this to God...

"Dear God, I'm home."

Thank You for Your grace. Thank You for Your love. Thank You for Your sacrifice.
I love you, Jesus.

Happy Blessed Easter to all :)

Saturday

Gravel Lines.

Ta-dah! For your viewing pleasure! Hope y'all love these pictures as much as I do :)

Fell in love with all these shots baby took while he was on his vacay over at Adelaide. He does take great pictures :) I missed him so on the trip though. Told him I wanted two things, Havaianas and lots and lots of pictures. He presented me with the latter. I'm pretty contented with my own pair sandals now anyways:) I see those question marks. Well, a picture is more than what you see. It takes your heart and your mind on an otherworldly journey, if you let it.

I think Adelaide's breathtaking.
I would like to go there. Someday:)

Listening to Amy Seeley's Gravel Lines (thus the title for this post ) and watching the sun set.
Amen to God for all things beautiful ;)

Love you Bie :)
